At Magnum Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide accurate diagnostic services with complete transparency. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations are applicable for our pathology and diagnostic services.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Sample Collection:
You may cancel your test request or home collection appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time by calling our helpline. No cancellation charges will apply.
After Sample Collection:
Once the sample has been collected, cancellation is not permitted. The service is considered rendered and no refund will be processed.
In Case of Technical/Logistical Issues:
If the lab is unable to collect your sample due to operational reasons or the phlebotomist doesn’t arrive, the appointment will be rescheduled or fully refunded upon request.
2. Refund Policy
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
Duplicate payment made by the customer
Test/service not rendered due to lab error or cancellation before sample collection
Delay of more than 48 hours beyond committed Turnaround Time (TAT) (not due to force majeure or patient-side issues), and patient opts to cancel
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Once sample is collected and testing is in progress or completed
Reports already released
Change of mind after sample collection
Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user
Processing of Refund:
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
For payments made by cash, refund will be processed via bank transfer after necessary verification.
